The City of San Diego, Public Utilities Department (PUD), Wastewater Treatment Division
(City) requires a Contractor to provide supplemental carbon (60-90% concentration)
(Product) to be delivered to its North City Water Reclamation Plant (NCWRP) as requested by the City.
The supplemental carbon should be a non-hazardous glycerin-based carbon source that supports denitrification.
