The audit covers three audit periods: FY2028 (July 1, 2027 – June 30, 2028), FY2029 (July 1, 2028 – June 30, 2029), and FY2030 (July 1, 2029 – June 30, 2030). For each period, the vendor must perform electronic screening of 100% of paid medical claims to measure claims processing accuracy rate, payment incidence accuracy rate, financial accuracy rate, claims turnaround time, and identification of recovery/savings potential. The vendor must also review a combined financial stratified/attribute statistical sample of 200 claims per period, a judgment sample of 50 inpatient DRG hospital claims per period, and a randomly selected sample of 20 out-of-network claims per period. Results must be compared to industry standards and Wellmark's self-reported performance.

Most South Dakota work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what a GC or agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
