The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is procuring Passive Integrative Transponder tags, implanters and needles for tracking diadromous fishes under a multi-year term contract.
Provide two types of Passive Integrative Transponder tags (APT12 small 12.5 mm tags and HPT23 large 23 mm tags), one type of MK10 syringe-style PIT tag implanter, and two types of stainless steel needles (N125 12-gauge and N206 6-gauge) compatible with the implanter, tags and Diadromous program readers. Estimated 5-year quantities are 7,500 small tags, 5,000 large tags, 75 small needles, 25 large needles and 20 implanters, with delivery F.O.B. destination no later than 60 days after purchase order and samples for compatibility testing before award.
