The selected firm will perform soils and foundations testing (proof rolling, density/compaction testing, foundation evaluations), reinforced cast-in-place concrete inspection (mix verification, rebar inspection, placement monitoring, compressive strength testing), reinforced masonry construction inspection (materials review, grout placement/testing), structural component inspection (steel connections, welding, decking), pavement and site work monitoring (subgrade proof rolling, asphalt installation), and environmental/stormwater monitoring (weekly NPDES inspections by a CEPSCI-certified inspector).
