Work includes installing approximately 1,000 feet of new 12-inch gravity sewer, 1,000 feet of new 12-inch force main sewer, and 1,090 feet of new 1.5-inch water service line; installing 6 precast concrete manholes, an air release valve with manhole, and a check valve vault; demolishing the existing pump station building, installing a concrete cover over the existing dry pit, replacing pumps with new submersible pumps, installing a new valve vault with hatches, a new control panel, a new backup diesel generator, and general electrical work; installing a permanent bypass pump with fittings, concrete pads, electrical conduits, and piping; performing bypass pumping, soil and erosion control, site restoration, and all other miscellaneous work to complete the project.
