The procurement is for goods and delivery only. Bid prices shall include all packaging, crating, freight, fuel or accessorial charges, insurance, and delivery costs necessary to deliver the complete equipment FOB Destination, freight prepaid and allowed, to Valley Water’s receiving location at 5905 Winfield Boulevard, San Jose, CA 95123. No separate freight, shipping, handling, or delivery charges will be paid unless expressly identified as an optional item in the solicitation. Winning Bidder shall furnish the equipment as a complete, factory-assembled system with all components identified in this Exhibit A and shall deliver the equipment to the Valley Water receiving location identified below. No field installation or construction services are included unless separately authorized in writing.
