The Lampasas Ave at Rio Linda Blvd Intersection Safety Improvements Project proposes to reconfigure

median refuge islands, ADA compliant curb ramps, rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs), and
restripe the roadway between Del Paso Blvd and Eleanor Ave to reduce the number of travel lanes and
provide for a bike lane.

TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE ACT OF 1982 AS AMENDED BY MAP-21. AS SUCH, THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL BUY AMERICA REQUIREMENTS STATED
IN THE SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.
