The Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) seeks to identify qualified organizations to provide Literacy/Dyslexia endorsement. Through this solicitation, approved providers may be considered for inclusion on RIDE's Master Price Agreement (MPA) for literacy professional learning services. This solicitation will be used to establish an MPA with qualified service providers to support statewide implementation of evidence-based literacy practices.
Proposals received by October 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM will be evaluated for award of the initial contract.
