Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include:
Renovations to the City of Reno McKinley Arts and Culture Center. The scope of work includes exterior stucco repairs, exterior painting, drainage improvements, and all other incidental work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications.
The project also includes bid alternates for repair and repainting of the interior main hall entrance corridor.
A mandatory pre-walk through will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 10AM PST. Bidders are required to meet at 925 Riverside Drive, Reno, NV 89503.
The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165 setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with
certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works.
