ONE TIME DELIVERY
This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department.
The bidder must supply 1,000 reusable non-woven shopping bags (80 GSM black polypropylene, 13x12x8 inches, yellow printing), 1,000 retractable ballpoint pens (translucent black barrel, medium-point, black ink, yellow printing), 1,000 12 oz. plastic cups (#5 polypropylene, yellow, black printing), 1,000 football-shaped foam stress relievers (brown, yellow printing), 1,000 basketball-shaped foam stress relievers (orange, yellow printing), 1,000 adhesive notepads (3x3 inches, 100 sheets, yellow paper, black printing), 1,000 moisturizing lip balms (SPF 15, plastic tube, yellow label, black printing), and 1,000 multi-connector charging cables (fabric casing, 6 3/8 inches, key ring, black printing). All items must be printed with the Philadelphia Department of Prisons logo and website. Artwork proofs must be submitted for approval before production. Delivery must be completed within 45 days of approved artwork, with no partial deliveries, and all shipping costs included in the bid price.
