Mildred Street from Latona Street to Dead End; relay of water mains on Wharton Street from S. 6th Street to S. 7th Street; and sewer lining and relay of water mains on S. 8th Street from Wharton Street to Federal Street, Latona Street from E. Passyunk Ave. to S. 7th Street, and Wharton Street from S. 5th Street to S. 6th Street.
