The work comprises sewer reconstruction and relay of water mains in S. Conestoga Street from Ludlow St. to Market St., S. Sickels Street from Ludlow St. to Market St., N. Ruby Street from Market St. to Race St., N. Lindenwood Street from Arch St. to Race St., and relay of water mains in Arch Street from N. 52nd St. to N. 54th St., including excavation, RCP sewers, manholes, inlets, DI water pipe, valves, hydrants, copper services, concrete curb and footway, milling and Superpave paving, ADA ramps, maintenance of traffic, and street sweeping allowances.
