The work includes relaying water mains in S 61st Street from Catharine Street to Cedar Avenue, and constructing green stormwater infrastructure in S 61st Street from Washington Avenue to Cedar Avenue, Cedar Avenue from S 61st Street to S 60th Street, and Ellsworth Street from S 61st Street to S 59th Street. Specific line items include excavation for water pipes, installation of ductile iron pipe and fittings, gate valves, fire hydrants, water service connections, concrete anchors, milling, paving, concrete curb and footway paving, tree removal, stormwater soil and planting soil, various types of inlets and catch basins, manholes, junction boxes, observation wells, energy dissipaters, ADA ramps, pavement markings, signage, erosion and sediment control measures, and as-built survey and drafting. The contract duration is 294 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
