This small order purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award.
The bidder must supply four line items of Accent Opaque Digital or Cougar Digital paper: 12 cartons of 100# Cover (271 GSM), 20 cartons of 80# Cover (216 GSM), 7 cartons of 32# Text (118 GSM), and 7 cartons of 65# Cover (176 GSM), all 12x18 or 8.5x11, white, brightness 96+, delivered in cartons to the Graphics Department at Rodin Place, 2000 Hamilton Street, Suite 201, Philadelphia, PA 19130. No alternate brands are acceptable; paper must be delivered in cartons, not individual reams.
