The successful seller(s) shall be required to furnish and deliver repair parts (except engine and engine parts) to the City of Philadelphia's Departments. The seller must carry a reasonable stock of repair parts during the life of the contract and furnish and deliver to various using agencies as required within 48 hours after receipt of written or verbal orders. All parts must be original equipment (O.E.M.) of first quality and new, packed in original manufacturer's sealed cartons. The contract is a requirements contract, and exact quantities cannot be determined; purchase orders will be issued on an as-needed basis. Pricing is based on discount or mark-up from manufacturer's published price lists, with specific estimated expenditures listed for various pump brands including Flygt, Hydromatic, Gorman Rupp, Fairbank Morse, and many others.
