The Work covers the repairs to and/or installation of any type of electrical and associated systems that exist in various City buildings on an as-needed basis. The scope includes all electrical work indicated in Divisions 26, 27, 28, and 33 specifications, including low-voltage electrical power conductors and cables, raceways and boxes, grounding and bonding, wiring devices, communications pathways and cabling, video surveillance, and digital addressable fire detection and alarm systems. The contractor will provide on-call electrical construction services at multiple sites as required, with work taking place at various locations citywide. The contract is for a duration of 1,460 consecutive calendar days.
