The Office of Emergency Management will request additional information pending each vendor's response and may request a meeting to discuss specific information.
Vendors must be capable of supplying commercially packaged bottled potable drinking water in 16.9 oz bottles (primary), with 1L/1.5L optional, palletized and shrink-wrapped. The contract covers four tiers: Tier 1 (50 pallets within 12 hours), Tier 2 (100 pallets within 24 hours, sustaining 100-300 pallets/day), Tier 3 (1,000 pallets within 48 hours, sustaining 1,000-2,000 pallets/day), Tier 4 (up to 9,600 pallets/day). Vendors must coordinate with City logistics, deliver FOB destination, and provide full shipment documentation.
