It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to make an award for Tri-Axle Dump Truck for the Department of Fleet Services City agencies and departments as specified herein during the contract period. All quotes must be submitted through PHL Contracts no later than 10:30 AM on the date that the related bid opens. Quotes will not be accepted after the bid opening. It is the Seller's responsibility to ensure that the quote is submitted on time.
The City of Philadelphia intends to award a contract for a Tri-Axle Dump Truck for the Department of Fleet Services. The contract is a Requirements Contract, meaning items are ordered as needed with no guaranteed minimum quantity. The successful seller must deliver the truck as specified and may be required to furnish an individual performance bond or performance security fee. The methodology of acquisition is purchase only.
