The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of certain sections of STATE HIGHWAY in JUNIATA COUNTY, SUSQUEHANNA TOWNSHIP, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, STATE ROUTE 2023 SECTION RA2. The project being situated as follows: On State Route 2023 from Segment 0100/Offset 3528 to Segment 0100/Offset 3733 for a total construction length of approximately 154 feet (0.029 miles). For the repairs to a covered bridge, including timber dismantling and re-erection of the truss, roof system, and siding. Work includes full sawn timber repairs, removal and resetting stone masonry facing and miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to contact Contract Awards and be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room. Contract Awards can be reached at 717-395-9754. Due to recent changes in the Keystone Building, there is no longer a reception on the 5th Floor to greet and check-in visitors.
