The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of STATE HIGHWAY in CLINTON COUNTY, GREEN TOWNSHIP, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, STATE ROUTE 0080, SECTION JNT. This project being situated on State Route 0080 from Segment 1844 Offset 2177 Eastbound and Segment 1845 Offset 2017 Westbound to Segment 1944 Offset 0100 Eastbound and Segment 1945 Offset 0100 Westbound. For the improvement of approximately 9.86 miles of existing separated limited access highway involving liquid asphalt patching (hot pour mastic), milling of asphalt pavement, superpave asphalt mixture design for binder course and polymer-modified emulsified (micro surfacing) applications, pavement markings, and miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to contact Contract Awards and be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room. Contract Awards can be reached at 717-395-9754. Due to recent changes in the Keystone Building, there is no longer a reception on the 5th Floor to greet and check-in visitors.
