This project also involves interstate improvements including shoulder widening, mill and pave, and sign replacement for STATE ROUTE 0081, SECTION BRG, from Segment 1904/1905 Offset 0290/0283 to Segment 1904/1905 Offset 2411/2404, in LACKAWANNA COUNTY, CITY OF SCRANTON.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg.
