The project consists of replacement of curb, sidewalk, and installation of driveway apron and associated construction activities along Main Street from the intersection of SR 171 (Main Street) and South Street at Segment 0020 Offset 0643 and continues 0.167 miles to the intersection of SR 171 (Main Street) and Center Street at Segment 0020 Offset 1626 in Forest City Borough.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to contact Contract Awards and be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room. Contract Awards can be reached at 717-395-9754. Due to recent changes in the Keystone Building, there is no longer a reception on the 5th Floor to greet and check-in visitors.
