REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR REFRIGERANT, RECLAIMING AND/OR DISPOSAL OF, TERM CONTRACT
The scope of work includes reclaiming and/or disposal services of various types of refrigerant. The successful quoter shall, on an as needed basis, provide the packaging, loading, transportation, unloading and audit trail documentation for all materials that are reclaimed and/or disposed of. Types of refrigerant include NU22B, R-11, R-12, R-22, R-123, R-134A, R-404A, R-407A, R-407C, R-410A, R-422B, R-502, and MO99. The vendor must furnish at their expense all supervision, labor, equipment, material, tools, machinery and transportation, use EPA-approved recovery equipment, properly dispose of non-reclaimable refrigerant, and reimburse the County for reclaimable refrigerant.
