PROMO ITEMS, PLAQUES, TROPHIES, & MEMORIAL BRICKS/STONES

Pre-qualified vendors will be invited to submit written price quotes on an as-needed basis for individual projects. The vendor is responsible for all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, tools, machinery, transportation, freight, shipping, handling fees, setup fee, delivery, and other facilities and services necessary to fully provide the items. The vendor must provide items to the satisfaction of the County, supply catalogs upon request, and email a copy of the invoice and packing slip with shipped items. The County will supply artwork and approve it prior to issuance of a Delivery Order.
