REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR ON-SITE VEHICLE DETAILING SERVICES, TERM CONTRACT.
The vendor shall be responsible for the detailing service, including all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, tools, insurance, machinery, shipping, handling, transportation, delivery charge, fuel, surcharges, mileage, travel, mobilization, demobilization and any other items, facilities, services, or incidental expenses necessary to fully and completely provide the goods or services specified. The County will notify all applicable pre-qualified vendors of each project on an as needed basis, and each project shall be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest fixed price.
