REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR PRESS ROOM SUPPLIES, TERM CONTRACT INITIAL SUBMISSION DATE JULY 1, 2025 - RESPONSES WILL CONTINUE TO BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE INITIAL SUBMISSION DATE
The pre-qualified vendors will be invited to submit written price quotes on an as-needed basis for press room supplies by manufacturer/brand. The County will order on an as-needed basis, review quotes, apply preferences, and award to the lowest responsive, responsible vendor. Vendors must be bound by all terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications of the solicitation and email written price quotes within the specified time.
