REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR VARIOUS TYPES OF ANIMAL FEED, BEDDING AND SUPPLIES, TERM CONTRACT
The pre-qualified vendor shall provide animal feed (excluding dog food), hay for bedding or feed, bedding (pure pine shavings and/or pine pellets), bags for dog litter pick-up, and animal supplies on an as-needed basis. The vendor must return written price quotes within five (5) business days of receipt of a quotation request, and deliver goods during normal working hours. The County will order goods on an as-needed basis and award each project to the vendor offering the lowest fixed price, subject to local preference provisions.
