Palm Beach County is seeking to purchase approved Unmanned Aerial Vehicles or 'Drones' per F.S. 934.50 as required by the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS). The manufacturers specified are the approved manufacturers per the DMS list released January 1, 2022. Pre-qualified vendors shall be factory authorized dealers or re-sellers and shall provide UAVs, parts, supplies and accessories for the manufacturer(s) they are pre-qualified for. Vendors shall return written price quotes on the County-provided form within the specified timeframe. Individual projects shall not exceed $99,999. Any project equal to or greater than $100,000 shall be separately solicited via a formal competitive sealed bid process.
