REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR FURNITURE INSTALLATION SERVICES, LUMP SUM, TERM CONTRACT
Work may include, but not be limited to, assembly, installation, disassembly, storage, pick up and transport of new and/or existing systems furniture and high density filing systems. Vendor shall apply, install, or reconfigure products according to manufacturer's published instructions and guidelines. Vendor shall not substitute any unauthorized non-manufacturer specific components. Vendor shall be responsible for placing and installing the furniture systems in the specified locations. Vendor must have approval from the manufacturer to provide warranty service. Vendor must schedule pre-pick up site visit to visually inspect condition of all goods prior to vendor transporting to the specified project site.
