PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY COMPONENTS, PURCHASE OF, TERM CONTRACT
The County will establish a list of pre-qualified vendors for the purchase of industrial machinery components on an as needed basis. Products include bearings, belts, couplings, gears, pillow blocks, roller chains, sheaves, sprockets, etc. The contract shall not be used for the purchase of machinery and/or equipment. Pre-qualified vendors will be invited to submit written price quotes for individual projects, each awarded to the lowest fixed price offer. Individual projects shall not exceed $99,999.
