The pre-qualified vendors will be invited on an as-needed basis to submit written price quotes for individual projects. Each project will be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest fixed price, subject to S/M/WBE and Local Preference provisions. Vendors must return quotations within five (5) business days of receipt. The contract is for the purchase and delivery of chemicals, including but not limited to fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, dyes and pigments, and adjuvants.
