REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR WORK UNIFORMS, CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES, PURCHASE OF, TERM CONTRACT SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR DETAILS 05/05/23 AMENDMENT #2- NEW PURCHASING DEPARTMENT CONTRACT.
The selected vendors will be placed on a pre-qualified list and will be invited to submit written price quotes for individual projects on an as-needed basis. The goods include work uniforms, clothing and accessories such as shirts, pants, shorts, sweatshirts, outerwear, lifeguard wear, fire resistant clothing, belts, caps and hats. Products must be new, free of defects, meet industry standards, and may be personalized or imprinted with names, logos, or symbols. The vendor is responsible for providing items to the satisfaction of the County, including setup, delivery, and any required samples.
