REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR APPLIANCES/EQUIPMENT, PURCHASE AND DELIVERY, TERM CONTRACT. 11/10/2021 - AMENDMENT #2 ADDED 05/09/2023 - AMENDMENT #3 ADDED- UPDATED BUYER INFORMATION
The pre-qualified vendors will be invited to submit written price quotes on an as-needed basis for individual projects. The equipment includes, but is not limited to, blenders, can openers, carpet cleaning machines, coffee makers, cookers, dehumidifiers, deep fryers, dishwashers, disposal units, drying machines, ice makers, ironers, microwave ovens, polishing machines, popcorn machines, power sweepers, range hoods, ranges, refrigerators, freezers, shredders, steam tables, toasters, vacuum cleaners, vent hoods, washers, and dryers. Vendors must supply new, current manufacture equipment with factory warranties, and include shipping charges in the cost. Each project is awarded to the lowest fixed price vendor, subject to local preference.
