Categories of work include preservation carpentry, restoration of wood windows, surface preparation and painting of historic structures, repair of historic plaster, preservation repair and pointing of historic masonry, cleaning and conservation of historic masonry, and repair or replacement of historic roofing (wood shingles, slate and tile, metal). Each project bid to the pre-qualified bidders list will vary in scope.
