The selected consultant will provide construction management services including pre-construction phase services (constructability review, cost estimating, design review), construction phase services (inspection, scheduling, change order management, safety monitoring, progress reporting), and post-construction phase services (closeout, record drawings, warranty inspection). Services also include environmental and planning work such as tree inventory, stormwater inspection, and archaeological monitoring. The consultant must provide key personnel meeting minimum requirements per title, including a Contract Executive, Project Manager, and Resident Engineers, and comply with all applicable laws, MWBE goals, and community hiring requirements.
