The contractor must furnish all labor and material for the upgrade and replacement of the building fire alarm system, including a NOTIFIER system, control panels, initiating and indicating devices, risers and power supplies, and upgrades to the emergency lighting system including exit lighting, lighting fixtures, shunt relays, transfer switch work and dedicated conduits, with associated selective demolition, asbestos abatement coordination, firestopping, plaster, painting, doors and restoration across the cellar, first through third floors and attic.
