The RFI seeks information on CAMA solutions that can automate property assessment, integrate with existing DOF systems (e.g., CAMAvision, LIRO, EagleView, Cyclomedia, Property Tax System), support valuation modeling, data collection, income/expense processing, appeals support, and public-facing property information. The solution must be flexible, configurable, and capable of adapting to legislative changes, including potential property tax reform. Vendors should provide pricing models, build timelines, and estimated total cost of ownership.
