Qualified surety bond agencies and brokers will be listed on a Contractor Surety Bonding Resource List to assist contractors with obtaining bid, payment, performance, maintenance, license, permit, or other bonds required for projects involving CTCLUSI and its Tribal entities. Respondents must demonstrate experience assisting construction contractors with surety bonding, access to financially responsible surety carriers, knowledge of applicable bonding requirements, and the ability to provide timely services. The list is non-exclusive and does not guarantee work or endorsement.
