The Contractor shall provide emergency response, mitigation, restoration, and recovery services including water extraction, drying, fire and smoke cleanup, storm response with tarping and board-up, mold and sewage remediation, temporary stabilization, building repairs such as drywall, flooring, painting and carpentry, plus damage documentation, estimating, and insurance coordination with 24-hour dispatch and one-hour telephone response.
