Design tasks include reviewing ODOT plans, field surveys, relocation plans, cost estimates, and reimbursement documentation. Construction tasks include building to approved plans, Buy America compliance, daily cost records for audit, staking, inspection, quality control, coordination with ODOT's contractor, and as-builts. Work is to be completed by February 15th, 2027.
