The District is putting a Bond Measure on the November ballot to pay for approx. $430 million worth of projects across district facilities. The District anticipates receiving an additional $6,000,000 OSCIM Grant from Oregon School Capital Improvement Match Grant program. Continuation of services under any contract awarded under this RFP is contingent on the passage of the Bond Measure or the District's ability to secure other funding sources.
The scope includes projects in six main program areas: buildings and systems (roofing, HVAC, lighting); safety and security (doors and locks, fencing, cameras); technology and cybersecurity (student and staff devices, servers, routers, firewalls, audio/visual equipment); Career and College Pathways (renovation of middle school career exploration areas, construction of pole barn/modular building for fire engine); extracurriculars (track resurfacing, lighted turf fields, auditorium renovations); and other needed projects (school kitchen remodels, bus purchases, print shop equipment installation). The consultant will assist with pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases, including energy incentives coordination.
