Pursuant to ORS 279C.365 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-25-01-F, Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-049-0200, sealed bids for Outbound Baggage Enabling Project for the City of Eugene Airport will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 2:30 PM
Pre-Bid Conference: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk will be held Wednesday, August 12, 2026 @ 1:00pm at the Eugene Airport Terminal Building Mezzanine. Parking is allowed at the Airport Administration Building at 28855 Lockheed Drive.
The project includes removal of existing pavements, excavation, subgrade and embankment, subbase course, crushed aggregate base course, asphalt concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete walks, bollards, jersey barriers, landscaping, sanitary sewer, water pipe and fittings, fire water, natural gas conduit, storm drainage, chain-link fence, pavement markings, electrical conduits, communications duct banks, fiber optic cable, access control, and video surveillance. Work is phased: Phase 1A (20 calendar days) includes pavement marking obliteration, concrete pavement demolition, installation of proposed water, electrical, gas, and sanitary sewer lines, and asphalt pavement construction. Phase 1B (20 calendar days) includes asphalt pavement demolition, storm sewer pipe and structures, and asphalt pavement. Phase 2 (60 calendar days) includes concrete and asphalt demolition, utilities, new lavatory dump station, AOA fence, asphalt pavement, markings, seeding, and commissioning. Phase 2A (15 calendar days) includes asphalt demolition, storm, electrical, and communications lines, and asphalt pavement.
