The contractor shall administer the Oregon Universal Service Fund, including attending a project kickoff meeting, supporting the web-based OUSF System for providers and PUC users, ensuring providers file Forms OUS1, OUS2 and OUS3 correctly and on time, mailing required forms and late and variance notices by email and USPS, uploading miscellaneous expenses, refunds and write-offs, entering notes, generating monthly disbursement requests, verifying and reconciling provider status, calculating penalties, and presenting quarterly updates to the OUS Fund Advisory Board with special studies as requested.
