The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for the Oregon Employment Department LED Lighting Upgrade Project (the "Project") for the benefit of the Oregon DAS SPS on behalf of OED or "Agency" (the "Contract"). The work to be performed under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for and incidental to the completion of all construction Work in connection with the Project.
Pre-Bid Conference: See ITB Section A.10 for details. A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at THREE (3) PROJECT SITES. BIDDERS MUST ATTEND ALL THREE (3) MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETINGS at WorkSource Offices in Salem, Albany, Klamath Falls
The work includes providing a complete and operable LED lighting system with Web Accessed Control, replacing fixtures 1 for 1, removing non-utilized wiring, sealing penetrations, removing light switches, recycling fixtures, installing surge suppression, rekeying panel cover locks, and abating any disturbed asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint. Work in occupied areas must be conducted outside normal business hours (4:00 PM to 12:00 AM weekdays and weekends as needed), with installation done at one project site at a time. The contractor must also provide a temporary network interface and transfer the system to an OED switch at completion.
