The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, vehicles and services to demolish a solid-filled interior CMU wall for future switchgear, procure and install structural steel assemblies with field welding, patch floors, install two housekeeping pads, repair and paint CMU walls, and perform exterior sawcut and pavement demolition, excavation, backfill importation, subgrade grading and compaction, forming, rebar and anchor bolt placement, concrete slab placement and finishing, and placement and attachment of owner-provided generators per plans and specifications, meeting or exceeding local codes.
