RFQ 2026-60 Asphaltic Concrete
The County seeks competitive market prices for asphaltic concrete products, loaded FOB supplier's site. The asphaltic concrete must conform to the State of Oregon's Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2024 Edition. Measurement will be by the ton based on certified scale weigh tickets. The County may award multiple contracts and will generally use the firm with the best price closest to the project site. The contract period is from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029, with pricing adjustments allowed twice a year.
