RFP 2026-48 Disaster Debris Clearance & Removal
The contractor will remove and dispose of disaster-generated debris from public property and rights-of-way in Clackamas County, including vegetative debris, hazardous trees, construction and demolition debris, large appliances, abandoned vehicles, and hazardous electronic debris. Work also includes debris management site operations, storm drain cleaning, and roadside ditch line cleanout. The contract is on-call with no guaranteed payment level, and major disasters may result in debris removal costs of $25,000,000 or more.
