The awarded Consultant(s) shall provide Personal Services, as assigned in a Work Order Contract, within the Scope of Services identified in the Price Agreement. Services may include comprehensive project management, technical analysis and mapping, development and evaluation of alternatives, plan development and adoption, public involvement, and project coordination. Projects may be located throughout the State and may focus on state or local facilities and services, or on local land uses. Typical projects may have initial WOC amounts of between $50,000 and $500,000 and a duration of 18 to 36 months.
