The project involves modernization of road systems including construction of a center turn lane, pedestrian level street lighting, sidewalks, sidewalk infill, ADA accessible ramps, planter/stormwater treatment area, and installation of a flashing light at a high volume pedestrian crossing area. The work is approximately 2,400 feet in length and includes design, environmental services, right of way analysis, public involvement, and potential construction engineering inspection. The contract may be phased into Design, Right of Way Acquisition, and Construction phases.
