SAIF invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services at our regional office located in North Bend, Oregon.

The proposer must perform janitorial services at SAIF's North Bend office of 1,800 square feet located at 3090 Broadway Ave., North Bend, Oregon 97459. Services include daily (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) tasks such as emptying trash, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, spot cleaning carpets, cleaning entrance doors and glass, and cleaning reception area. Twice weekly (November through March) use anti-microbial cleaning on hand touch surfaces. Weekly services (every Friday) include cleaning and polishing all flat surfaces, spot cleaning walls, cleaning conference rooms, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning white boards. Monthly services include vacuuming HVAC vents, removing cobwebs, wiping down refrigerator and microwave, dusting light fixtures and railings. Quarterly services include cleaning exterior and interior windows and dusting blinds. Semi-annually (January and July) scrub luxury vinyl tile. Yearly service (May) includes hot water extraction carpet cleaning, pressure washing sidewalks, strip/seal/wax hard surface floors, and cleaning chairs. Other duties include detail cleaning during moves, changing lighting lamps, picking up parking lot trash, and pressure washing as requested.
